kyburgHalf speed due to boo-boo finger. I've come down from a full dressing to a 2x2 and a band-aid, but it's still tender.
160 this morning - but I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so we'll see how far off the bathroom scale really is.
160 - holy cow. That wasn't hard - or took a long time.
Doctor thought 140 was as low as I could go - but as I'm fond of saying, I've been this tall and 95 - and 120 was sadly stick-like.
Jim's done with Kingdom Hearts. Just thought I'd note that.
Work going well - and I think, better. More challenges, but I don't feel as left out of the loop as before.
