Dannon makes a low-fat coffee yogurt. Yumm.
Smart Ones makes a Thai-Style Chicken and Rice Noodles. Nummy Nummnumm.
Two cartons of the yogurt and one of the Smart Ones totals 590 calories for the whole day minus dinner. That's breakfast, lunch and a snack.
And I am soooo not missing anything.
(I also recommend the One-a-Day for Women, if you can swallow that horse pill.)
The scale at the doctor's office was 7.5 lbs. heavier than the one at home, which would have put me above 175 before I started this - ugh. That's not good - high water mark stands at 183.
But I can still hide behind my older sister or my niece. Height and width.
I can see changes in body contours and the small amount of edema I had from sitting all day seems to be vastly reduced, if not gone. Plenty of incentive not to change a thing.
I wonder how much things will have changed by Thanksgiving? I've got some good comparison photos from last year -
Ah, vanity.
I wonder if those kimono fit better now - it's offficial - the size 14 pants I just bought are too big.
However, I'm not in a big hurry to rebuy anything - at 110 lbs, I wore a size 12 in high school. Don't ask. I have no clue. Up top was a dressmaker's 8.
Check my info page - I've got the picture from the Hermosa webcam posted there, which is just a few blocks south of my office. It's a gorgeous day, and I hear used books calling me. Going for a walk!
