There really is no nice way to be reminded that we are all getting older, is there?

I know the hospital he's in.
I know what he's being treated for.
I likely even know what medications are being used.

I should not know this.

It's better that we should know that we grow older, and hopefully wiser from the experiences we had over the years, than to live in a naieve dream that we can be young forever. Doesn't change the fact that I'm not going to though, come hell or high water I will yet play god! *chuckle* Mmmm... In all seriousness, even though I haven't heard any of his music, I hope that he recovers swiftly for his own sake as well as that of his fans.
