The moment was so brief, we missed it even though we had the halftime show on...

But most troubling to me is how far the government is sticking their nose in the name of "decency" Next thing you know, we'll be ticketed for cussing in public.

I didn't see the actually removal of the piece...but it kinda seems fixed to me. Why would she be wearing a nipple ring like that if It wasn't meant to be shown?

Maybe kinda sexist of me...but it was pretty, and I dunno...

I just havinga feeling it was fixed, and the FCC was lookin into that.

Me...I have no problems with nudity on TV (esp. male nudity =P ) but, anywho...

I believe the FCC probe is meant to determine whether it really was an accident, or whether it was deliberately planned.

from all the radio morning shows up here in the Bay Area, it seems that most folks agree that it was planned. Especially since she was wearing a tassel (or so I've been told), and there was no immediate move by Ms. Jackson to cover herself.

then again, with the economy the way it is, I guess the FCC could be looking for a way to fine someone and make some money. :)

That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard in my life...

So, what's next... ALL women have to wear burquas in this country, since we're "showing off too much skin"?

Last I checked, that's why Janet Jackson's in *SHOW BUSINESS*... It's *ENTERTAINMENT*...

And, besides, from what else I heard, it wasn't COMPLETELY bare... she had one of those paste-on nipple covers...
