Saturday -

Wake up at 11:00 after not sleeping most of the night - this time, Jim joined in. We watch a whole DVD of Angelic Layer and then slept - while a helicopter flew overhead and lots of sirens responded to something a block or so away. Some dumbshit probably wanted to rob that liquor store around the corner again. Sheesh.

Got up, had lunch/breakfast at IHOP and did the grocery shopping. Went back to bed right after. Slept until 4:30 - he's up and gone to work for the night.

Still coughing. Not very productive, more like trying to free a knot of goop from my throat that just won't go and stay gone. If I've acquired a bit of my mother's asthma, I am going to be less than happy, but not surprised. But the nose is in the same place, so I'm being patient and letting this thing run its course.

Still very, very tired. Tomorrow is the command performance at Sis' for Easter dinner - will have to pack up the Japan goods for everyone, plus Mom's birthday present. Please God, don't let me forget anything.

I'm going to have to start my Golden Suns game over on the GBA - I am so stuck on not being able to do one thing (pick up a rope and tie it to the post ovah dere) that I can't move forward. Bah. Anyone with hints or tips and tricks, post 'em here. This is prime reason one I don't like these things much. Can't do a function, no documentation on it anywhere and how many hours do I have to keep "trying" it? Bah twice. Working your character up to maxiumum level on the lower part of the story might sound smart, but when you're doing it going in circles because you can't figure out how to do something is just plain lame.

Jim being gone weekends really bites. I am quickly beginning to hate this.

That does sound a bit like an asthma cough, but if it's not in the chest, you're probably fine. Try one of those pot-of-hot water lean over it make-towel-tent-for steam deals. Or just take a good hot steamy shower or bath.

This is why I used to lose patience with video games.

Oh anything with extra moisture does wonders. Hot tea, hot baths...this is just annoying and getting in my way. You know what I mean!

Keep an eye on gamefaqs, I'd have thought there'd be one up there by now?

Check out cheatplanet.com and gamerevolution.com - one or both may have a walkthrough, cheats, etc - I ssem to spend a lot of time there researching stuff for the Boykid (who has gotten himself banned from the computer for bad behavior).
