Got the blood test results back - three months or so from the last set, and after loosing 20/25 lbs.
Doctor is ecstatic. This is news in and of itself -
Total - 170
HDl - 40
LDL - 110
Tri - 97
I don't quite recall the original set back in June, but I do know the total was above 220 - and he was considering medication. This last test was my last chance to duck it.
Looking it up on this handy dandy website, I come away quite chuffed indeed.

Eh, but low (even doctor says this is a bit extreme to say it's elevated in any way) (Oh wait - "If you don't have coronary heart disease or diabetes and have one or no risk factors, your LDL goal is less than 160 mg/dL." Okay, chuffed here.)

Since this is THE reason I decided to go talk to Weight Watchers - you can bet I'm insufferable right about now.
