I've learned my lesson on notifications in-case-of-earthquake from the '94 Northridge quake. The quake woke me and Cliff up - we took it in, shook it off and tried to go back to sleep. Tried, mind.
Because the phone started ringing off the hook 15 minutes later.
So, pre-emptive strike last night, guys.
We're dealing with big-effort control issues on the part of kiddo - both with regards to what he will eat, and when he will sleep.
Jim is fond of the end-run around it with regards to sleep - we just pack him up and drive up and down the 405 for about 20 minutes.
UH. Last night? Yeah.
We'd passed the epicenter not 15 minutes prior.
And how was your weekend?
