kyburgI have a huge, slightly toasted marshmallow with paws that lays on the floor in the morning and trills to have his tummy rubbed. Like a dog, yes. Like that.
If I don't do it, he comes over here and bites me in the knees. Until I pet him.
Then he purrs like a lawnmower.
If that isn't cute enough for you, imagine this one.
Jim took Kira to Disneyland yesterday. I don't think Kira tops 5'.
He ran into two Hartman girls, Vivi and Megan - neither of which is as tall as me. Vivi just graduated from high school as well, and Megan is almost 14.
They got home after 10:00 PM last night, sunburned and grinning.
My big lug surrounded by giggly girls. In Disneyland.
He reports great improvement over our last visit - they were even able to ride Big Thunder and found it "perfect" again. My cynical self can't help but retort that with the 50th anniversary coming up, something had to happen - but good is good, and that is, as they say, that.
And I am going to work this morning instead of playing hookey like I want to - but I have the second dentist appointment today so I won't be there all day.
Augh. Need to call Mom, too.
