*shrug* I'd just like him caught, personally.
However, I think that until they plug this hole, we'll hear that he "got away" again -
Oh there are a lot of expatriates there - I have a co-worker who was one of them, once. Discussing Dubai has been the topic of conversation more than once - and while he looked fantastic in native dress last Halloween, I don't think I've ever seen him look more uncomfortable.

i have a friend in dubai right now. well, not dubai, but one of the UAE. he's teaching at a university there. he's scared shitless most days.
