Update

[kyburg]

Crystal's got her leg in a hip-to-ankle immobilizer, and she's on crutches. Someone is coming out to get her, feed her and take her home to sleep and then back to the airport tomorrow. *whew*

Oh she did something, all right. I am both relieved that I hadn't over-reacted and sorry that it happened at all at the same time.

ouch that isn't good. But at least it isn't too bad... and good someone was found who could help here out with housing and transportation.

I only know her via LJ, and even then not very well at all, but she's difinitely an inspiring person...

It was so good to meet her, too bad she got injured. From what I read she did a 'good deed', and got hurt later when the medical emergency was leaving the plane. Like I said in the subject, a few more gray hairs.

For bh_friends, I added you as temp moderator. bh and fey were supposed to be the moderators, but I don't know if either of them are/can be active in the group at this moment.

I doubt you'll need to do anything, but if fey isn't active right now... Anyway, it seemed the thing to do since I am becoming homeless myself tomorrow. I'll be able to sleep on various couches, fortunately, but with my illness, the doctors are very worried about my illness possibly progressing. At least I'll have a low-income apartment very soon, where soon equals anytime from next week to 6 months or more.
