Not all the geek toys -
Dec. 30th, 2004 08:25 amDo I have - I don't have the phone camera, by the way.
It would have come in very handy yesterday - as I saw, by the number of people pulling over to use them on the way home yesterday.
Turning east from Manhattan Beach, away from the ocean? There was the most absolute bitchin' double rainbow arcing over the sky - nearly complete from one end to the other. Intense colors - just incredible.
Won't see that often. W00ted for God in the car.
However.
Rainbows over the houses in the east? Mean rain falling on the houses in the east. Namely, mine.
Ah, well. Makes the grass grow and I don't have to pay the water bill for it.
Rainbows on the 405 South at rush hour. I'll take it.

After Hurricane Charley, we saw this gorgeous, vivid, full rainbow. Tom says to me, "God's promise that he'd never send a flood like that again." Then came Frances, and Ivan, and Jeanne. I laughed. So much for signs.
