Hell froze over in the early 1980s
Date: 2005-01-27 06:31 pm (UTC)At first I thought they were kidding, but as the years went on, it became clear that they were not, and indeed, all manner of things that "hell would freeze over first" would happen, were happening. The big one would be the peacefull collapes of communism in the East Block, but there are many others.
