Then, this morning, it hits me. They've known me since I was 15 - that's thirty years.
Thirty years of answering the phone and saying "Oh hi, let me get Marian for you."
And he won't be doing that anymore.
It's the little things. Yanno.
*sighs* Pick it up and get it moving, Donna. You got work to do.
