It's being funded by a Jewish educational group of some kind that wants to provide this to folks who want to learn it.

You need to be adult, Jewish and want to learn Hebrew.

Can't hurt.

Etto, but I've been given training in conversational Japanese already. I can converse, but not very well, and my writing of kana is horrible. >_<

But then, I've always had horrible handwriting!
