And everything looks better this morning - just a couple of bandaids over the deepest punctures and today ought to work.

The vet does do Soft Paws and Kibo has an apppointment tomorrow.

Now. What the heck did my mother put this shirt next to while she was getting ready for Christmas that made it smell so good? Seriously - this is my mother's Christmas gift to me that I'm wearing - and it smells yummy. Still. It's already been through the wash once already. Nice smelling me = okay! (But it's a little WTF at the same time.)

Guys? More than two people on my FL have the Nintendo DS and Animal Crossing and have posted their addresses for WiFi. I'm getting my stock sale proceeds Thursday - and I'd have to admit a little envy at Jim's.

[livejournal.com profile] catsonmars, where did you finally find your Nintendogs bundle? Because you know, this is lemmings R US here.

Time to go to work. Yay work. (Want to go back to bed.)

If you are seriously going to get a Nintendogs bundle, then look on eBay for the infamous pink ones. Not the HOT PINK ones from Japan, but the much calmer, soothing Nintendogs pink. It's rare as hell and will be more expensive, but that's the price you pay for having one of the most sought after DS models out there.

Or you could hunt through all the import shops. a lot of import shops will carry that sort of thing.

Pink. Nice, quiet pink.

Then I saw the Mario Kart RED ONE. I was able to put that order together with two more games and two game guides for less than what I was able to find for girly-schweet peeenk one.

RED = GOOD.

Our linen closet is in the bathroom, and always smells a bit musty, despite the hanging bags of miracle volcanic minerals, etc. and the cedar blocks in there. We have a small standing cabinet where we keep soap, TP handy for the roll that runs out mid-visit, and tissues. The soap is all handmade, either olive oil or goats milk based, with mostly herbal scents, since commercial soaps make my skin unhappy. The tissues used to be stored in the closet, but there's nothing worse than grabbing a tissue when you're allergy-ridden and huffing in a whole snootful of mildew, right? Since the extra boxes are now stored with the soap, they smell divine. Not enough scent to trigger an allergy sneeze-fest, but just a pleasant smell. Maybe your mom bought soap on the same day she bought your blouse, and stored them in the same plastic bag? Even a few days would be enough to impart a faint scent.

I may...

I may try 'soft paws' on my mom's Jack Russell. He's more of an indoor dog now, doesn't do so much digging, but his claws can get sharp. Anything to keep him from scratching her.
