We are looking for a fun and down to earth Accounting Associate to join our Accounting Department.

First job for a college grad, it looks like - if you worked through school doing accounting tasks. 4-5 years outside school if you didn't.

There has to be someone out there who wants this job. I don't qualify.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm pretty settled here and am happy with my current job. I just wish this one had come up a couple of years ago when I was on the search for really reals.

Mostly it's one of those CURSE THE TIMING OF THIS POSITION things.

Hmm... pity I don't have the experience, otherwise I'd seriously consider it. On the flip side, I've not been so thrilled with their lack of innovation over the past few years, what with all the sequels they've been churning out and all.
