We're looking at a house, 4 bedrooms, big bathroom, huge backside deck and lots of lawn for around 58,000.00 U.S. dollars. My mother almost choked when I told her because it's so affordable. *L*

Hmm. I don't mean to offend darling, but the value of my home is only $65,000 (in this neighborhood) and it's a four bedroom, 2 bath, 3 living areas, basement, huge backyard, and a one room building, with bath, behind the house. If it were in a nicer neighborhood it would still only reach about 180,000. That makes me sad for you:o( Good luck though, you'll pull through!

hell! i'm sorry to hear that! please don't commit suicide over it although i think you may have a right to. here in honolulu land is scarce and everyone's a crook when it comes to cash, but at least you get 4,000-6,000 sq ft. of land in the evil suburbs. good luck, you may stumble across desperate meth producers in search of a house. (bad joke coming from someone whose house looks worse;) in a shady neighborhood)
