Next time, take your own advice - hmm - faster, okay?

5 days on Alavert have convinced me that most of the health issues bothering me were allergies fucking with me.

The cough is gone. I can sing again - not well, not that I ever did sing well, mind you - but my voice isn't snapping off with the first note, and I start coughing/choking over it. The constant "frog in the throat" took it on the lam.

Best of all, I'm not choking on carbonated drinks anymore.

And this stuff is available OTC. *facepalms*

Self? You're pretty smart, and you generally give good advice. It's okay to take it sometimes, okay?

*pat pat* Goood girl.

*hugs*

The Wal-itin in the economy size they sell for cheap has become my faithful friend; one of those a day at night and the dreaded morning coughies are kept mostly at bay, and nonexistent during the day... miss a dose and I know it next morning...

But, yeah. This stuff is much with the goodness. Once I got the BP cocktail adjusted correctly, that is...

Good for you! I was having the same problems with allergies earlier in the spring. I would wake up coughing because there was so much mucus sitting in my throat. I was kind of concerned about that happening again when I found out I was pregnant and couldn't take Claratin-D anymore. So far so good.

Hope you feel better. I have pollen allergies and I garden. Isn't that the dumbest thing ever? I tie a hankie over my face so it looks like a stick up when its bad.
