Difficult to fathom. Yeah. I'm not everyone's cup of tea, much to my chagrin at times.
Thinks forward. If I didn't, I'd be dead right now. Critical to my job description.
Unique and brilliant. Too bad people don't dig klieg lights in the shape of a four-leaf clover.
Extraordinary ideas. Do your best, clean up your own messes and be aware of your impact on others? That's pretty basic.
Sharp thinking. Well, that above was said in less than 25 words. Maybe.
Fine and strong clairvoyance. I have good gut instincts. Is that the same thing?
Can become good doctors. I'm a better detective, but I'm usually pretty good at guessing what the next step might be.
Dynamic in personality. I'd agree. So would the poor people who have to deal with me.
Secretive. This is too much work. But when I don't want you to know? You won't. Trust me on this.
Inquisitive. *dies* If I want to know, I'm relentless. Guilty as charged.
Knows how to dig secrets. I don't recommend lying to me. I will find you out. I'm very good at it. Oh, and see above.
Always thinking. I'm surprised more people don't hear the relays snapping over.
Less talkative but amiable. Yes.
Brave and generous. Oh, I'll cop to that. How many people have I met over the internet in my house, who left with boxes of stuff when they went home?
Patient. Can be. It's also called being stubborn. I just don't move.
Stubborn and hard-hearted. See? Oh, and if you get the stubborn side, it really does look hard-hearted. You'd have earned it.
If there is a will, there is a way. Some people are dying from the irony right now. This ought to be a warning label.

Hardly becomes angry unless provoked. And yes, I can be provoked. It takes a lot, and you rarely will get fireworks - but wear it out, and you're history.

Not able to control emotions. I've worked most of my life to get better at this. The end result is I often come off very wooden and uncaring. The alternative isn't pretty.
Unpredictable. Routine is my touchstone. However, I like to jump in the fountains at times like any sane person.

What I love most about these things is that you end up cocking your head and going "yeah, that's right" too often. And then you look and realize you have the wrong month. *laughs*

I criticize because I love. Or, really, because I want to make things better. I'm trying to remember to say good stuff too, and that sort of thing, but I am critical of everything from society to grammar. Seems to run in my family; none of us know how to not tell our bosses they're being stupid, or put up with things being done badly. And sadly, most of 'em are both right and tactless about it. I try to be tactful, really, but I really cannot resist pointing and screaming when the emperor wears no clothes and a plaid G-string that says "KISS ME IM SCOTCH".

And that criticality thing gets in the way of that expressing love thing, of course. I'm a big softy, I just don't say so. And in high school, my friends took it upon themselves to teach me to at least politely accept a friendly hug, and maybe even give one. Not good at that stuff, no.

I like kids on principle, but these days they can be exhausting, and I get easily irritated at badly raised kids (not to mention their parents). I don't tend to think of myself as liking kids - I certainly have no real intentions of breeding any - but I like playing aunt and babysitting sometimes, it's true.

Well, good to know my self-assessments aren't too far off from those of someone who's never yet met me but read me for years. Guess I'm getting a little better about that self-assessment stuff - and just as importantly, figuring out when someone's criticism of my behavior is just them projecting. (The kind of stuff where someone says I'm selfish because I didn't cater to their every whim. That stuff used to throw me for a loop.)
