When I make Lifetime, I think I'll go take that "elderly ballet" class I got info on those years ago.

When I took [livejournal.com profile] margorose's "Bellydance for the Larger Figure" class at Silicon, she spoke with great enthusiasm about going to senior aerobics classes and the like, because they're accustomed to people needing modifications to the exercises. I'm seriously planning on looking into it.
