I'm looking forward to leveling out - the high water mark was 183, and I'm aiming for 135, and losing about .5 to 2 lbs a week. When I begin to add exercise, I expect the number to come up a bit - as sedentary as I am, adding exercise made me plateau right out. Right now, the goal is to get the fat off - and if I'm losing muscle mass, I'd have a hard time saying where. There wasn't much to begin with. ;)

Biggest losses were back in 1995 when Cliff first got diagnosed with the MIA and blunt strokes with seizures - I think I must have lost ten pounds the first two weeks. Just stopped eating - and that's how I ended up 95 lbs. Under stress, I don't eat. Stress enough and everything bounces. Yay me - yes, I am a weirdo mutant from heck.

The weight came on when I started feeding myself as well as I fed Cliff - what I'm getting a good handle on now is just how much is necessary, routinely. Before? I'd bounce around losing and regaining the same ten pounds - and staying thirty over, with all the fun labs my doctor was unhappy with.

It's the horns and tail coming in - it's the season for it, after all.
