Animal Crossing: Wild World for the DS. It has a wireless feature that allows me to play in other people's games by "visiting" them.

It also knows when I'm dealing with someone I know fairly well - by dropping a lost kitten in one game, and putting the mother in the other.

I've had the kitten in my town more than once - a more pitiful sight you never saw. It literally sits in its own tears wailing for its mother.

Now - if your friend with the mother in her game is next door, no problem.

In this case, I'll have to send Caitlin to McDonalds with her DS to hook in through Ninetendo's network so that we can "visit" each other's towns again and return the kitten to its mother.
