I have a feeling that Pennsic Boy Toy would go wild over those recipes if I showed them to him. :-)

I also think this food may bring back memories of my sunny trip to the Aloha State. (Well, OK, it wasn't too sunny the day I went to see Volcano National Park. Some of my other friends have brought back cloudy-day pictures of the park, too. Maybe it's the one place in Hawaii that gets cloudy a lot.)
