We have not yet followed back up with our agency. I do believe that this will happen, but I think the date is a moving target. Placement rate slowed way down after the new rules went into place, but I am not certain that they won't speed back up again. I don't think it has to do with the olympics either. The good news is if you want to consider two babies, you are allowed to do concurrent adoptions. The only question is from where!
