I was w00ted into 3.5 lbs of Edam, y'understand. There's no way I'm going that alone.

If gas were half the price it is currently, I might even drive down for a fondue party. Hell, I've got two fondue pots to loan you if I did.

How weird. I'll go with option 3, my own dinner tonight -- homemade bread with cheese. Jalapeno pepper jack from Loleta Cheese Factory, in my case. Have fun, whichever route you decide on. :)

Personally, I'm more of a traditionalist... water crackers (so the flavor doesn't get in the way of the cheese), fresh fruit, and port.
