Proof I work for a progressive, intelligent company.

They know the kid is coming - the window is opening in August -

And they are getting ready for me to be gone to do it NOW. Not replace me, oh very NO don't even GO THERE, NO - but we need to cross train. And reorganize. Plan. Plot. Scheme.

I love where I work.

(And it doesn't hurt that my native Chinese speakers want to help me translate everything and coo over the pictures. These are GUYS, remember. I'm one of three females out of department of over fifty.)

I've got to get home and show Jim what the survey says.

He likes chocolate, ramen and sleeping with a blankie. Preferred toy is toy cars. Balls. Doesn't watch much television, but likes to play games. Favorite color is yellow.

And he's had two foster siblings all his life. I think he's been the only foster child they had.

Height and weight coming right up.
