I'm not sure HOW I feel about this.

Miceage.com’s Al Lutz reported Tuesday that top Disney officials have met to discuss the possibility of reviving Jackson’s 3D movie during Halloween time, which begins Sept. 25. The movie would replace “Honey, I Shrunk the Audience” in the Magic Eye Theater in Tomorrowland, where “Captain EO” used to show.

...

Ooooooh, zombie Michael!

I know, I know - a bunch of y'all never saw it. Me, I was in school while it was in production and I saw it MANY times once it was out.

It's cheezy, dated and hokey. Fine.

I loved it. And yes, I thought of it when I heard he'd passed...and the commenter who mentions this is from when things were good for him...weren't lying. I think of this, and the 'We Are The World' video when I think of what I wanted for Michael Jackson.

Just some more good. Something whole and happy.

Not something that required a general anesthesia to suck it up at night.

...of Michael Jackson?

We were contemporaries, and we grew up less than sixty miles away from each other.

I bought both Jackson 5 and Osmonds records growing up.

I was thrilled beyond belief that Donny Osmond (another contemporary) had managed to stay alive, sane and working - every time that stupid 'Make a Man Out of You' comes up at karaoke, I smile inside (and wince outwardly).

Because look what happened to Michael.

Adults in their majority and all that.

I always wanted to shake him and demand 'Michael, what did you DO?'

Now, Cliff gets to. And I can almost pity him the experience.

Thou art mortal. Oh very very yes.

(I'd feel sorry, except I'm also very certain this is a blessing and release for him.)
