Wow...

Well, we made an offer on something - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a yard big enough to hold anything we can do - and then some, and a huuuuge kitchen.

Right location, right price...but we saw the *perfect* house ahead of it, so this one doesn't look nearly as nice...but *perfect* was snapped up Friday and nobody told us before we saw it.

*sigh*

Buying a house, eh? Congrats! But man, I could never do less than 1 1/2 baths! Gotta have two pottys man!

I completely sympathize with you... Hubby and I won't be doing serious house shoppies for a couple more years yet, but we're already trying to figure out what area we want live in. We have a lot of places that are in the "Not if we can at all help it" category, but we're not sure we'll be able to afford anything that's better than "At least it's not that neighborhood"...
