It doesn't matter how I feel. It doesn't matter what I think - nobody is asking.

I'll be expected to cope with whatever consequences invading Iraq will generate. Somehow, I will.

I'm used to dealing with the crap other people leave me with. Ask me how well I can deal with the broken things other people throw away.

It's not what I want. It's not what I would do.

Hang on. It's going to be a bumpy night.

Can 2004 come soon enough?

I think I may be in the same spot as you...What I have to remind myself is that although the current government may be acting like the voices of peace do not matter, it doesn't change the fact that your voice, my voice and the other voices of peace do matter. They do matter and they must kept being heard even if the war starts. And, I pray that it doesn't start.

I'm sad and scared too. With a little bit of "What the fuck is wrong with people?!" thrown in.

I keep thinking that the fuckers will "suspend" elections in 2004 because of "national security." And the sheeplike idiots who will do anything the gummint sez because "9/11 changed everything!" will bleat and say, "well, the president must know best, so if we don't vote this year, that's okay, because we have to stop those horrible terrorists. And anyone who wants to vote only wants to vote against him and that would be unpatriotic, wouldn't it?"
