I've paid for all the pansies the State of California can plant in front of their offices.
Thinking I've written those checks for anything else just makes me ill.
So mote it.
In other news, we still haven't heard back from the financing folks - so I've pushed the inspection ahead. No point in paying for an inspection if we can't get funded. Nobody is saying we're not going to get funded - what would be the point of a pre-qual letter if we couldn't get financing - but we still don't have the final word. This shouldn't surprise me - I wasn't sure we were going to close escrow for two weeks past the due date because of the funding issues.
