kyburgToday I found out all my coworkers had spend the past four days up all night dealing with the unrepentant bastard sofware. Cranky, tired and very fed up. I passed the sentiments along to whomever I could get on the phone.
By the end of the day, I think I was able to say we might come to terms on how to pay for the on-site service call. Instead of making us foot the entire bill, upfront.
But everyone was very stressed and unhappy. Me, too.
Crap.
I am really hating the holidays for bad timing. I could really use those two days this week - and no, I'm not going to work them. If I can at all help it. Bother.
Very tired. Going to sleep now.
