Remember I said acts of God?

I can't get home insurance because of the water claims last summer. No, it wasn't my fault. Don't matter. I'll have to get lumped into an assigned risk group. Lovely.

And now the appraisal is in jeopardy. If the appraiser won't accept that the garage has been half converted, FHA won't fund.

And we start this whole process over again.

And it's Friday. I won't hear anything until Monday.

I think buying a house is one of the most stressful things there is, especially the first time around. I was a lunatic during the whole process. :-) hang in there!
