The offer fell through. The buyer wanted to bring his own lender to the deal, and they didn't want to write for any more than $115,000.

Pulllease HUD has a boarded-up unit up front, a 2BR, 1BA that is half the size of mine in shitty condition, listed for $138,500.

My house, in perfect condition, is firm at $135,000.

Okay, St. Joseph! Back in the hole!

The offer fell through. The buyer wanted to bring his own lender to the deal, and they didn't want to write for any more than $115,000.

Pulllease HUD has a boarded-up unit up front, a 2BR, 1BA that is half the size of mine in shitty condition, listed for $138,500.
