Blame [livejournal.com profile] lord_keeper. Go throw sporks with meat on them. *chuckles*

"Each player of this game starts with the "6 weird things/habits about yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a blog of their 6 weird habits/things, as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their comments and tell them to read yours. Let the game begin."

*ahem*

1. I have no fear of anything living or dead. Spiders, snakes, oogey-boogies. But I will never read, watch or go see a horror flick. They repeat on me like bad pizza - Poltergeist was the worst. No, Donna does NOT do horror. That's more for you, and you are welcome to it. I really liked Paranoia Agent, though.

2. I'm allergic to temperature change - and the reaction has varied with time, with the worst being my senior year in high school (when I was also diagnosed with my allergies to most antibiotics, not surprisingly). Nice, warm, 70 degree house - nice, cool, 50 degree outdoors - nice, big, thick welts from toes and fingers in towards the core. If my mother hadn't shared that allergy, I'd still be looking for the cause.

3. Put a plate of fried eggs in front of me. I will neatly slice the white from the yolk, eat the whites first and happily pop the entire yolk in my mouth, unbroken. Yummy!

4. I like hospitals. I usually can find where the food is, where you can find bedding, who you should call if you have problems and honestly, don't try to keep me away from people I need to see after hours. I also know where the bodies are buried, and who to call if someone Fucked Up. Need to get anywhere at UCLA Medical Center after visiting hours? I'm your girl. Comes with growing up in one (Mom was a bedside nurse for most of my childhood, mostly ICU/Cardiac/ER, moving into supervisory positions in my college years. She retired only a handful of years ago, in her mid-70's).

5. I know people my own age; my closest friends are rarely my own age. My oldest friend (known me for 30 years), is thirty years my senior. Thinking in terms of years, the next longer is 14 years my junior. His father was two weeks younger than my older brother, and he's only a couple of months older than my niece. If that's weird, then I'm a freakazoid.

6. I've been doing needlework since I was 6 years old. I don't do nearly as much as I used to (used to make all my clothes in high school, including the bathing suits) - but I can pick up nearly anything, look at it and go for it. I prefer patterns. I also used to do china painting and reproduction porcelain dolls. I'm pretty girly when it comes to my hobbies - you'd never know it by my paycheck.

Now, who to tag....

Hmm.

Who wants to hate me for an hour or so.

If you want contents, go read a box of cereal. That's all you'd get out of me right now.

Tire on car? Has nail. Flat as pancake. Not as tasty. Appointment at repair shop tomorrow AM. Spent this evening getting cat litter, CSA box and dinner. Dinner was sukiyaki at Shinsengumi, and for $30, you can feed both of us hoity-toity Japanese shabu-shabu there.

Oh, the egg thing? Poach one in sukiyaki broth sometime - teh yummie.

*hack* Still have cough - and still tired. See you tomorrow AM.

*fwumping*
