This has been making the rounds at work today.

The boss has been having fun. Lots of fun. However, having come in contact with The Sauce some ten years or more ago, I knew better than to do the spoon test. You have to have at least bread and cream cheese with that stuff, baby. It'll get you coming AND going.

Do I eat the stuff? Not much.

Hot stuff was Cliff's arena. He used to call it aerobic eating.

Times like this, I can almost hear him laughing.

No, I'm not poly. I tell you - being in love like that completely swallowed me up. Not for the first time am I incredibly grateful that both he and Jim didn't show up at the same time. There's no way I could love them both as intensely in parallel as I have in serial.

Gah, I even talk love like a geek. Oh, well. But you got the reference, right?

I don't want to think about it. It's incomprehensible.

I bought a bottle for my cousin, who claims he's the king of hot sauce. I tried some with a Quarter Pounder. I put a drop on the burger, and took a bite. It was a nice hot, but didn't feel anything major. I decide to put a few more drops on my burger, but then lick it so that I would take in the sauce first, then the sandwich. I felt that initial tingle, and in 15 seconds I was crying. Aiya.

I think I'm in your boat. I understand poly. I support functional poly relationships. I could never BE poly.

I simply love Christi far too intensely, and I AM the wrong kind of jealous for a poly relationship to work. Besides, we've already talked it over ... and the resounding answer is "nope, not gonna happen".

Nothing wrong in geeking about love, either. ^_^

I know someone who got that stuff too .. one toothpick dipped in it is enough to render someone unconscious. Little tidbits for you: if you leave it on its side, the sauce will eat through the cap. The guys who made it are BANNED FOR LIFE from ANY food expos because too many people were getting hurt using this stuff in an irresponsible manner.

Not me! I know better and I hate the hot stuff... Wasabi is NOT my friend in any quantities so this stuff is right out! No way! Nada!

But wasabi isn't hot at all if you mix it properly with soy sauce.. trust me on that one.. :) I lived in Japan.. I know the proper mixing technique.. *grin*
