You remember Ed, right?

The Indian programmers introduced him to bagpipe music today. Ed is from Flint, MI. He likes R & B and rap - listens to it on headphones at his desk when getting work done.

Ed does NOT like the bagpipes. However, he did do his best to get his mind around it - by adding his own bass/percussion line.

Boom, shakka, boom boom - you got it. I'll let you get your mind around it. He is so not Celtic. But then again, neither am I - and that's a story for another day.

Love where I work. These people just slay me.

Indians and bagpipe music is very odd too, never mind the added bass line.

Umm, you have heard of "Samba Thistle", the Brazilian bagpipe band, haven't you?

I've got this really horrible mp3 of someone playing bagpipes, a bad Scottish voice, and a beat track that sounds like it's the keyboard's sample mixed together. I think it's horrible and I like bagpipe music...but this was over the top. I used it to threaten an ex-roommate with whenever his noise-techno got too loud...well, that and Garth Brooks Live...
