She was waiting for someone to come by to take her to the ATM, so she could eat.

Not so much as PB & J in the house. No bread. It's getting dire.

And it just flashed into my head.

All the sucky-ass things you eat when you're a kid...and you're missing one or more key ingredients.

Like bread.

Oh, like a mugfull of peanut butter and strawberry jam, mixed together.

Or some sliced hot dogs with mayo and bbq sauce.

Butter sandwiches. Buttered noodles.

Potato soup when there wasn't enough potato flakes left - oops. Made with water and some onion powder.

Tuna sandwiches with Ritz crackers instead of bread -

No wonder I ended up so whacked.

*sigh* You know, I would have loved Fruits Basket when I was 14. I would have loved Tenchi at 14.

I had Speed Racer. *kicks* Oh, well.

Wow....I have just recently become a Furuba fan! I have seen all 26 episodes, and I wish that I had discovered this show earlier. I rented all four DVDs from Comic Cult on Carson Street. They have the best anime DVD rental selection. Did you by any chance rent this show recently? I ask this since the store owners proclaim it as a very popular show, so it is always rented out.

I had SailorMoon and the last episode of El Hazard OAV when I was 14. Im happy!
