6 chocolate chip oatmeal cookies - they could double for hockey pucks and stand up to the strongest coffee. *munch*

And all hail me, because I got unclejimbo....

1 pound fresh okra that I plan to fry up for his widdle dindin.

Hope you understand. To most Californians, okra is mucilage masquerading as a vegetable.

To Jim, it's one of his favorite foods in the whole wide world. Yummy yum yum. Blasted men from Tennessee....

I hereby swear that no wasabi, mayonnaise or sugar will harmed in the preparation of this vegetable.

I'm also steaming some edamame just in case.

The trick is not to stew it but to fry it up, preferably in pork fat after breading it in corn meal...

And yes, it is soooo goood... Not slimy in the least bit. You can literally eat it like popcorn^^
