kyburgGuys, I've been using the computer to find work, confirm work and if I haven't been at the computer, I've been knitting like mad to catch up on Hat Attack. (BTW, holy chrome I've learned a lot about knitting with that one...I'm on the third repeat, go me!)
I have not been checking back here at all - for some time. If you think I need to see something, please shout out. I'm back - as much as I'll be able.
The balance of this week is going to be spent chilling out and catching up on spare time. I'm listening to the CD's I've been buying like mad this year and never getting around to hearing.
And spending time with my Feeling Good book and getting reacquainted with the contents. Yes, I've needed a refresher. I have a pretty good idea of why I lost my perspective so badly - and to be blunt, I could be considered pretty fragile. Yes, I got broken. I'm better.
You should see the job description the company has up for my replacement. It's - amazing. At least three levels up from what I was. Senior. REALLY senior.
And it looks like I won't lose many of my friends. I also qualified for unemployment.
I may not have wanted to change jobs, but it may just turn out to be a really Good Thing after all.
