kyburgLeft kid at school with a goofy-happy face on. Really happy kid. Very pleased am I, this being a totally mundane day with nothing to really recommend it. And he was PISSED at being woken out of a sound sleep just to get dressed and go to school. Imagine that! By the time we were at school, he woke up and decided this was FUN.

I still sound disgusting. And very tired. Not well yet. I've told the household that dinner tonight is cold cereal. And I mean it.
Beginning to plan out my two whole weeks of vacation this year - one, the put-off trip to KY so Jim can see his folks, and the balance will be taken in the week between the holidays when school is out.

Other things I've noticed I missed? The Winter Olympics. Yup. Home sick and didn't see any of it. Was sleeping. Not watching.
Saw plenty of Dirty Jobs, though. And cleared off the TiVo and a good part of my Netflix queue.
