We spent all night playing Kingdom Hearts. Actually, Jim got to watch me SUCK ASS at Kingdom Hearts.

Then get got his butt kicked playing Dragonball Z - I went to bed sometime after one freezing cold, sound asleep on my feet with the sound of Jim cursing the machine ringing in my ears.

Ah, such excitement. Not even any alcohol.

George Foreman grills rock for making grilled fish to go with rice for breakfast.

Today, the decorations come down. Neither of us are looking forward to this, but I really have no desire to keep them up to the weekend or after just because we don't want to take them down (i.e., work) - but there is nothing to be done about all the holiday food leftover - the gingerbread, the candy, the chocolate...except look forward to eating it, exercising to compensate...and try to give as much of it away to other people who have too much of their own.

I really did my best for the economy guys, I really did. I even sat down at the computer yesterday and donated a buncha money before the end of the year. Yes, we'll need the tax deductions. Bite me.

Needless to say, the closest thing to a political party that got cash was the local NPR station.

There's a meme running around formatted around the 20, 15, 10, 5 theme - years this time. I'll give it a whirl a bit later - I made myself refrain from LJ yesterday until all the work was done - what I ended up with was that little post about the house (booyah!) - but the checkbook is balanced, all fires at work OUT and so forth.

Today, clean house. Write bills. Begin the year.

I predict when it is over, I will not likely recognize myself or my surroundings. This isn't a resolution - it's a plan.
