All the plants watered - some weed-whacking out of the way. I'm fed - dog is fed - and that is the sum total of the day.

Bah.

I have got to get a better strategy together for dealing with warm summer days/nights when I have to go to work the next morning.

This absolutely was a waste of a perfectly good day.
