Shopping carnage yesterday. Total carnage. It's all in bags on the couch.
Today, I get a haircut. No excuses. No substitutions.
I predict we'll get one of two films on our way over to Tokyo = "Lost in Translation" or "The Last Samurai."
Someone hands me something lame like that Starsky & Hutch movie, I may hurl repeatedly. "Agent Cody Banks 2" may keep Jim busy - I'll be sniggering into my coffee. If I get some.
Week from today, it'll be my last night in my own bed for eight nights.
It's been twelve years since I traveled outside the country. Too damn long, say I.
Can't wait to see CNN International again. Or the BBC, uncut.
*grumble* Trying to reactive the wireless on the Palm still in the works, after seven days and it'll be Wednesday before they can try again. Would be nice to have one internet connection not tied to a plug in the wall, but Palm users can't be impatient now....*grrr* Just deactivate the old account and let me make a new one. How hard is that? Jeez.
Going to go rip more for the mp3 player. And go get Jim one. Looking at Fry's yesterday was a total waste of time. Except for camera tapes. Camera tapes half the cost they were at Target. No kidding.
