And it is good.

A bottle of sake right now? Lord knows I have one - have had one since summer, cooling off in the refrigerator. A small one. Maybe once I decide on what dinner is going to be. I had faux chinese for lunch and it's arguing with me right now. As in, "you'll never need to eat again, hahaha!"

Too much crap masquerading as food.

If Amazon.com could fuxx0r its wish list system any more, I'd like to see how. Today, if you had a wish list item in your shopping cart, you could not check it out. No way. Uh uh. Dump it all, select from searches and voila, bing! You're out of here.

The gift certificates from the refunds arrived. Go me.

But you can't use your gift on a gift to yourself from your own wish list. BAKA.

I finally closed the trouble ticket today on the unrepentant bastard software issues. So, it will henceforth be known as That Which Used To Be unrepentant bastards software. Buck-buck-buck.

Work? I'm driving people nuts. I'm in their face and in their business and it's beginning to work people's nerves. Right. All I do is remember how much I wanted to get back to work the day after Christmas because shit wasn't done and why I was worried about that...and I get in their face and on their last nerve. *sigh*

I'm being as good and nice as I can in the process. Plenty of thank yous and I stroke whenever I can get a chance. I know this is a bitch, thank you.

Anyone paying $40 a week for health insurance? An HMO policy? For a single person? I'll have to look at ours next paycheck - that's what the contract for the grocery workers union is asking for the first year. By the third year, the cost is $95 a week. Of course, when I ask what they are paying now - ssssss.

I think dinner is going to be grilled fish and rice, with some miso soup and wakame salad.

Ja.

For a while, I was paying less than that. Averaging about $40 every 2 weeks... it eventually went up to $50 (work policy changed)... but with fewer benefits (ie: no more vision)

Now, I don't have any health coverage anymore. Can't afford it.

And I'm sure I don't have to tell you that Kaiser is $178/month if you're 30-39 (I am) for the better plan, or $140/month for not...
