There is a huge, talkative blue jay in the front yard feeder this week - JAY! JAY!

The CDs I orderd from Amazon in Japan shipped - a group called Yuzu, that we caught on NHK over the weekend. Tight harmonies; big, well-orchestrated acoustic arrangements - ought to be fun. They've been performing at least since 1974 - and they looked older than I did in 1974, so they're older than us, but they sure don't look it. Dratted Asians.

being_homeless gets here in a week!

Thought for sure since I'd stopped keeping track and all the stress, I'd gained most if not all of the weight I'd lost back...checked to find that I'd lost some in spite of it all. Go me. I think.

So I ate chocolate.
