6 calls later, and two drivebys and I still don't have the address of the yutzes down the street.
I'm on hold with City Planning - they should be able to tell me where these folks actually, well, live. I think this is intentional. If you don't have an address, you can't file a complaint. Simple, effective and no fucking way is it stopping me.
