Things that work -

Hot cocoa, trail mix and a hot bath kick jet lag. I was up at 3:30 this morning watching a bit of anime (X, TV series) and that did the trick.

Problem is, I'm still only getting about four hours at a stretch. I am feeling better today, though.

People are asking hard questions though - like, "how was it?"

Wonderful.
Exhausting.
Enthralling.
Cold. Dry. Overheated.
Wet. Soaking, wet and cold.
Weird. Familiar.
Fun. Hard, hard work.
Frightening. Comforting.
Safe.
*hack* Cigarette smoke. *hack*
Constantly having my nose in the small of Jim's back.
Constantly running behind Jim trying to catch up.

We watched the tape we shot last week after dinner last night night - and I have my unpacking to do.

I need to go back when I have some Japanese reading skill. And without a cold.

And I need to continue returning phone calls.

I am so pleased everyone is getting their postcards - I mailed 39 of them in one crack, warned ahead of time that it would take five days to five weeks for them to be delivered. They began showing up two days later. *shakes head*

Thought for today: Japan is: Pink Grapefruit Halls (with vapor-action!) -

X!!!!! I love X!!! We were going to cosplay it at expo last year, but our group fell apart. Feh.

We had so many of us willing to do it and then it all fell through. -sighs- Probably because one of our main people was talking crap about everyone behind their back. Only some of us realized it though. The rest are still under the spell of evil girl. -chuckles-

We were actually going to do the Tarot Cards costumes from the Manga. We hadn't seen anyone do that yet, and figured it'd be a sweet idea. Unfortunately our cast isn't big enough to do it anymore. Oh well.
