Quit 'shoulding' all over yourselves. Seriously.
Substitute the words "I wish" or "I'd like to" for the word "should" in common usage. You don't even know you're smacking yourself in the head and then wonder why you feel like crap.
It should work (and it doesn't) isn't a good reason to consider it crap, either. Fix the damn thing, and move on.

Sanity after work. Maybe. I've got a planned power outage going on at home, and I expect boojums in the refrigerator when I get home.
