kyburgOur house is zoned R-1. To have a guest house in the back, we have to maintain a two car garage and the lot has to be 7500 SF or larger. Hmm.
Keeping chickens for my own use not at issue or regulated by the zoning commission. *ding* I can put a chicken coop up in the backyard if I want to - now, to find resources.
