As for the declaration on your mom, I could not find a doctor willing to do this. When did they do the exam? Worth challenging, be sure to get a doctor and ask the court for an independent exam. Her living conditions are good, so what is with your sister other than greed. I guess she wants to take everything leaving you and your brother holding the bag. That was why, when my mom was still competent, my mom removed my sister from the trust. Does your mom have a living trust? If not, it is too late now.
